POLICY STATEMENT WITH RESPECT TO BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION

Christopher & Lee Ong (“our” and “we”) is committed to conducting business in a professional and ethical manner to the highest standards.

We abjure any form of bribery or corruption. We have a strict anti-bribery and corruption policy which applies to all in Christopher & Lee Ong. We will not directly or indirectly engage in, or condone, bribery or corruption in any form and whether it involves private individuals or public officials. We will never accept, solicit, agree to receive, promise, offer or give a bribe, facilitation payment, kickback or other improper payment, or assist any person to do so.

All our partners and employees must comply with our anti-bribery and corruption policy. We do not tolerate any violation of this policy and anyone who does not comply is subject to disciplinary action, including immediate termination.
