Capital Markets
- Acted as the Underwriter’s counsel for the initial public offering and listing of Johor Plantations Group Berhad (formerly known as Johor Plantations Berhad) on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Advised Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad in its initial public offering and listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, with the expectations to raise approximately MYR51.7 million from its IPO – the first listing on the Main Market for year 2023.
- Advised Edelteq Holdings Berhad in its initial public offering and listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, with the expectations to raise approximately MYR24.0 million from its initial public offering.
- Assisted in advising a property development company on its proposed listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Assisted in the listing of Mr D.IY. Group (M) Berhad on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Assisted with the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements such as share sale agreements and shareholders agreements.
- Assisted in advising on a proposed privatisation by way of selective capital reduction and repayment exercise under Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016.
- Assisted in advising a public listed company on a proposed acquisition of 50% equity interest in a private corporation for a total cash consideration of RM250 million from its related party.
- Assisted in advising a public listed company on a proposed acquisition of an entity listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited in relation to the preparation and drafting of documents to be submitted to Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad.
