Rajah & Tann Asia’s Regional Employment Conference 2025: Navigating Cross-jurisdictional Employment Challenges Across Southeast Asia

On 10 April 2025, Rajah & Tann Asia organised the Regional Employment Conference 2025 with the theme “Navigating Cross-jurisdictional Employment Challenges Across Southeast Asia”. At the event, Rajah & Tann’s employment experts from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam tackled the most pressing employment law challenges in Southeast Asia through these two plenary sessions: (i) Managing Cross-border Workplace Investigations in Southeast Asia; and (ii) A Guide to Multi-jurisdictional Restructuring and Retrenchments.

The speakers comprised Partners Ahmad Maulana and Muhamad Kamal Fikri (Assegaf, Hamzah & Partners); Yau Yee Ming and John Rolan (Christopher Lee & Ong); Cesar E.
