On 16 May 2024, Rajah & Tann Asia organised a conference titled “At the Frontier: Conquering New Heights in the Data & Digital Economy” held in Kuala Lumpur.
The conference brought together panel speakers from the member firms of Rajah & Tann Asia (“RTA“) with deep expertise in Data & Digital Economy (“DDE“) services as well as distinguished representatives in the industry and regulatory bodies. They discussed topics relating to the rapidly evolving DDE sector, including (i) compliance with personal data protection legislation; (ii) exploring DDE mergers and acquisitions; (iii) artificial intelligence in the legal landscape; (iv) digital assets and financial technology; and (v) cybersecurity and technological disputes.
